Simultaneous Elections in September 2018

Aiming at an efficient conduction of elections in the country, the Election Commission of India (EC) on October 5, 2017 told Central government that it will be ‘logistically ready’ by September 2018 to hold both Lok Sabha and State elections at the same time.
The poll panel has also launched a web-based application called Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) network for the same. Speaking to media on the launch of ERONet software which will check inaccuracy and duplicity during elections, Election Commissioner O P Rawat said that the government had sought a response from the Election Commission on the holding of simultaneous state and national polls.
“In response, the EC had asked for funds to purchase new EVMs and VVPAT machines. The commission would be logistically equipped by September 2018, to hold parliamentary and assembly polls together,” Rawat said further.
YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has only 9 Lok Sabha MP. Still, Jagan didn't hesitate to validate the Constitution of India. Jagan was the first leader to move the #NoConfidenceMotion in the parliament.

Jagan was surprised to see the tremendous response for his NoConfidenceMotion in the Lok Sabha and in the Social Media. Both @narendramodi and @AmitShah were shocked and felt embarrassed to prove their strength on the floor of the Lok Sabha. The Gujarati Duo realized the fact that they do not have the strength in the Lok Sabha.

In fact, as per the record, BJP has 272 members in the Lok Sabha. Others have 271 members in the Lok Sabha. Naturally, Narendra Modi was nervous and have no confidence in proving his strength on the floor of the Lok Sabha.

It is obvious that Narendra Modi no longer trusts Advani, MM Joshi, and so many fellow BJP members. @KirtiAzadMP @ShatruganSinha and many BJP members have been waiting for the right moment to take revenge on Narendra Modi.

Initially, all political leaders thought that Jagan's NoConfidenceMotion was an immature political action. They thought that Narendra Modi would take this opportunity and prove his strength in the Lok Sabha and emerge as a very strong leader. But they were surprised with Narendra Modi's reluctance to face the floor test.

After seeing Narendra Modi's reluctance, all other political leaders got the courage to follow Jagan's way of challenging Narendra Modi with NoConfidenceMotion. After Jagan, Chandrababu Naidu introduced his NoConfidenceMotion. Then Congress introduced their NoConfidenceMotion. At the end, even Communists introduced the NoConfidenceMotion.

Jagan will get his name in Indian Political History for constitutionally challenging Narendra Modi. With NoConfidenceMotion, Narendra Modi learned his lesson on Indian Constitution. Modi realized that the Prime Minister doesn't have stability and can be sent home on any day.

To escape from the floor test, Narendra Modi did seek help from AIADMK. The truth is, Narendra Modi did surrender to Jayalalitha. Narendra Modi could no longer trust his RSS or BJP friends. Narendra Modi doesn't want to have an another Lok Sabha session. NoConfidenceMotion has become nightmare for Narendra Modi.

So, Narendra Modi wants to have Simultaneous Election in September 2018.

Both EPS and OPS saved Narendra Modi from NoConfidenceMotion. They will be the first victim of the Simultaneous Election. That's Narendra Modi way. Modi's policy is Use and Throw. Right from Jashodaben, LK Advani, Vijaykanth, Ramadoss, Chandrababu, Shiv Sena, Nitish Kumar to Sasikala and now EPS and OPS - Narendra Modi use them and throw them away. EPS thought that he would continue till 2021. But Narendra Modi will send EPS home in September 2018 and project Nirmala Sitaraman as the next Iron Lady to fill the vacancy of Jayalalitha.

As per the Indian Constitution, Thambidurai is the deputy speaker of Lok Sabha. Thambidurai has the authority to call for a Lok Sabha session, while Narendra Modi is in abroad; let Jagan and Chandrababu move the NoConfidenceMotion. Narendra Modi left India as the Prime Minister of India and may return as Lok Sabha MP. In that way, EPS could complete his full term till 2021 without any worries. Ambedkar gave the opportunity to EPS; Narendra Modi tried to deny the opportunity to EPS.

For the next election, Narendra Modi cannot trust RSS; cannot trust his BJP friends; cannot trust NDA partners. The fact is, Narendra Modi cannot trust BJP State Chief Ministers. Even if BJP gets 500 plus Lok Sabha MP, they may hesitate to give another chance to Narendra Modi as the Prime Minister.

Everyone has experienced with Narendra Modi and learned the fact that he is not trustworthy. Trust is the basic thing in any relationship. Trust is the most important thing in politics. Everybody trusts Narendra Modi only once.

From Jashodaben, LK Advani, Sasikala to EPS - they no longer trust Narendra Modi. They all alive and eagerly waiting for the fall of Narendra Modi.

Simultaneous Election is not to save any money for the nation. The main purpose is to keep the regional parties divided. In Simultaneous Election, Mayawati and Akhilesh cannot come together.

So, the immediate challenge to all regional political leaders is to nip Simultaneous Election in the bud. All current Chief Ministers including BJP Chief Ministers would fight against the Simultaneous Election. The UP Chief Minister doesn't want to have State Election now. EPS wants to continue till 2021; perhaps other political leaders of Tamilnadu may support Simultaneous Election, so that they could become the Chief Minister of Tamilnadu.

Just like #Demonetization, Narendra Modi is going to create another mess with #SimultaneousElection.

April 7, 2018: Justice Chelameshwar said, "Had Supreme Court delivered its verdict on time in June, 2016, Jayalalitha would have been alive in jail. Justice delayed is Justice denied. The Supreme Court killed Jayalalitha. The Chief Justice of India is guilty of Jayalalitha death."

“On September 23, 2014 the Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Bengaluru and prepared the groundwork for Jayalalitha’s arrest on September 27, 2014.”

“I studied in the United States of America. There they have clear separation of power. Executive Branch cannot influence the Judicial Power. Is it same in India?”

“Obviously not. Here in Tamil Nadu, our family did influence many judicial cases.”

“In fact, on many occasions, we prepared the judgment and the judges just delivered them.”

“Is it same with Narendra Modi?”

“If we were in Delhi, we will certainly influence the Supreme Court.”

“Do you think, Narendra Modi influences the Supreme Court and the judges deliver Narendra Modi order as the judgment?”

“In India, there is no clear separation of power.”

“We do have an Executive President without any power.”

“Narendra Modi is a Member of Parliament. We give executive responsibility to a legislative member.”

“How about the Judicial Branch? Do we appoint any legislative member as Judge of Supreme Court?”

“On June 7, 2016 the Supreme Court was ready with the verdict. Why didn’t they deliver it till now?”

“It was our mistake. We could have placed the verdict as a precondition.”

“We are in a situation like the silk dress on a thorn fence. If we act in hurry, we will rip the silk dress off. We need to maintain our calmness and act with patience.”

“Everybody has a past. The asset case is the past for Jayalalitha. Ayodhya is the past for Advani. Likewise, Narendra Modi also has a past.”

“2002 Gujarat riots.”

“Could we file a case in Supreme Court against Narendra Modi on 2002 Gujarat riots.”

“We don’t have the power to challenge Narendra Modi.”

“Subramanian Swamy doesn’t have any authority. But he does challenge everyone. We shall ask Subramanian Swamy to challenge Narendra Modi.”

“Subramanian Swamy does challenge Arun Jaitley.”

“Narendra Modi may offer the President of India post to Subramanian Swamy.”

“Does Narendra Modi offer position to his challengers out of love?”

“No, that is his strategy. That is corruption. Once Subramanian Swamy becomes the President of India, he will no longer challenge Narendra Modi.”

“We shall offer Prime Minister post for Subramanian Swamy. Subramanian Swamy is like a cancer cell. Cancer cells are part of the body, but destroys the body itself.”

“Okay, let us come back to our current situation.”

“We took so much risk for nothing. Right now, we have no position in the party. No position in the government.”

“All we have is enormous money and wealth.”

“And very large and expanding family.”

“And a lot of court cases.”

“Let us give up our quest for power and send Jayalalitha body to Rajaji hall and let us take rest.”

“Yes, we are all tired. Let us sleep for two days.”

“By that time, the state would have completed mourning for Jayalalitha and everything would be back to normal.”

“What will we do then? What was the deal with Narendra Modi?”

“I don’t know. Ask your uncle Natarajan.”

“On seeing Narendra Modi and Amit Shah, I was excited and didn’t discuss about any deal. But Narendra Modi did say that I could take a picture with him as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.”

“You cannot control our MLA. Don’t build up your imagination.”

“In fact, I am clean and don’t have any cases against me.”

“But, you don’t have any respects from the party workers.”

“Okay, forget about it. We don’t have any deal with Narendra Modi.”

“The day is dawning. We don’t have much time.”

“This is our last chance. If we miss today, then that is the end for Sasikala.”

“Forget about the party and the government. Let us demonstrate our brutal power. Let us all stand together around Jayalalitha body. Let people see the dawn of new era; dawn of Sasikala regime in Tamil Nadu. Let us not worry about Narendra Modi and his Supreme Court.”

“Let us go down and wake all up to get ready for the grand show in Rajaji hall.”

“It is now or never. Let us do or die.”

The entire Sasikala family were there in Rajaji hall and let the world see the emergence of new power in Tamil Nadu.
